Selma's began in a sunlit studio in 2019 with a single silk slip and a stubborn belief: that a dress should outlast a season.

We work with a small handful of ateliers — most of them family-run — who share our patience for natural fibres and honest construction. Every piece is chosen by hand, in small runs, and often takes months to arrive.

We believe the best wardrobes are built slowly. So we make it easy to buy one dress and keep it for ten years.
